Need help for healing Crohn's disease

Hi, I have Crohn's disease and I am getting frustrated, because I believe that God can heal me I just do not know how. How should I start? I can not go to church, because the church I used to go is legalistic and does not believe that miracles can happen today. I can not hear the Holy Spirit to guide me. There are so many ways to start, I just do not know which is one is mine.
